LET’S CELEBRATE DIFFERENCES: PRIDE

Come celebrate differences with Kindness Grows Here, Inc. (KGH) as local teens read their favorite LGBTQ+ themed children’s books. They will also talk about why they love each book. Kristen Caminiti, a social worker and founder of KGH will lead an age appropriate discussion about the importance of celebrating differences. Afterwards, participants will be invited to create a work of art that celebrates what is different about themselves.

Participants may submit pieces created in this program to the “Share Your Story With Pride” Art Show.
