Benefit Dinner in Support of the Candace C.W. Antwine Service Award

This award aims to elevate AACPS graduates who enlist to serve our country in the military by assisting with the costs of the basic training packing list. This is the only award of its kind in the region. It’s a common misconception that everything is paid for when one enlists to serve. This is simply not the case. The packing sheet and costs of supplies whilst participating in basic training can add up to several hundred dollars. It’s past time we elevate those students who elect to enlist after graduation.
